On screenIf you are new to in-venue advertising, the same handful of questions come up before any budget is committed. This page answers them briefly and points you to the deeper page on each topic. It is written for a marketer or business owner deciding where to spend, so it sticks to what CETV Now has confirmed and says so where something has not been.
The basics: what DOOH is and where it runs
What is digital out-of-home advertising?
Digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising is video or static advertising shown on digital screens outside your own home, such as in a restaurant, waiting room or retail store. It is the screen-based counterpart to printed billboards and posters. For a plain-English walkthrough, start with what DOOH advertising is, or see how it compares with traditional outdoor.
How does CETV Now work?
CETV Now is a self-install, plug-in DOOH network. A small media-player device plugs into a screen a venue already owns and runs licensed programming with video ads over live TV. The step-by-step version is on how it works.
What kinds of venues does CETV Now run in?
CETV Now runs in high-dwell commercial categories: auto dealerships, restaurants and bars, medical and dental offices, fitness and wellness facilities, retail, and professional services such as offices and salons. Named venue partners are not published. To decide which categories fit your audience, read how to choose venue categories.
Formats and targeting: what you can run and where
What ad formats are available?
Formats include full-screen video, static creative, multi-spot branded campaigns and local offers. Full-screen video runs as an unskippable takeover of the venue's live TV. Creative can be a 30-second video, static designs, or animated motion graphics shown as overlays on live TV. Compare them on the ad formats page.
How is targeting done?
Targeting can be broad or very local: by neighborhood, city, metro, zip code, sector or vertical, and individual venue. You can layer it with audience type and time of day, also called daypart. A single location can start with its nearby venues using local DOOH targeting.
Is my creative reviewed before it runs?
Yes. Creative is submitted for review before it runs, and placements run in curated venue categories to keep brands in appropriate contexts. CETV Now has not published review timelines or file specifications here, so ask the team before you build assets. If you advertise in a regulated category such as healthcare, financial services, alcohol or legal, check your own compliance rules too.
Budget, reporting and availability
Is there a minimum spend or long-term commitment?
Ad insertion has no minimums and no long-term commitment. You set your spend and schedule and scale at your own pace. Details of the ad buying model are on the ad insertion page.
How much does it cost and how do I get a quote?
Pricing is quote-based and depends on market, venue category and schedule. There is no published rate card, so this page does not list prices. To get a quote, share your markets, venue categories, creative and budget; CETV Now maps the plan to real-world audiences, provides a quote and gets the campaign live. Use the campaign planning checklist to gather those inputs first.
How is delivery reported, and what do results depend on?
Delivery is tracked and reported against CETV Now network data, with venue-level impression reporting, real-time statistics and 24/7 campaign monitoring. CETV Now has not published report formats or how impressions are verified. CETV Now reported a 4.2x average campaign ROI and 98% viewer recall; these are its own figures, individual results vary and no outcome is guaranteed. Clear goals, creative and venue fit all matter, so set goals first.
How big is the network?
CETV Now reports 4,000+ advertisers, 150M+ monthly impressions and 3,000+ commercial locations across its network. These are network-wide figures, not third-party audited, and no market-level breakdown is available. Learn more on the network page.
Where is CETV Now live today?
CETV Now is live in Phoenix, Dallas, Atlanta, Nashville and Salt Lake City. Miami is coming soon but not live yet. For any other city, availability is unconfirmed, so send an inquiry through the contact page. Market pages cover Phoenix and Dallas.
Can agencies and multi-location brands use it?
Agencies and media buyers can plan across markets and venue categories through a single network partner, with delivery reporting available for client updates. Franchise brands can let each location target its own nearby venues while following national brand standards. See the agency overview for more.
Figures reflect CETV Now network data and are provided for informational purposes. Individual campaign results vary; no specific outcome is guaranteed.
